Design and Dimensions

Activa  125 has a height of 1151mm, width of 704mm, and length of 1814mm. Seat is 765mm high and Ground Clearance is  of 155mm. Metal body ensures durability  even on rough Indian roads.  Anti-theft key shutter is provided so that locking becomes more secure and safe. There is 18 ltr storage space under the seat and if that not enough there is a optional inner box in front. Sitting posture is comfortable for daily commuters and even in long rides.  Honda Activa 125 is loaded 5.3 litre storage tank for fuel which has 1 litre for reserve. Kerb weight is 110 kg.

Engine and Transmission

Honda Activa 125 is mated with 4 stroke 124.9cc air cooled SI engine which churns out 8.60 bhp power @ 6500 rpm. Torque is also good and bike produces 10.12 Nm at 5000 rpm. The Viscous Air Filter reduces the need of frequent maintenance and makes it run smoother and healthier for longer period. Both Kick and Electric start are equipped.

Activa 125 is mated with V-Matic automatic transmission which ensures the efficient transmission of  power and torque through engine and makes it run smoother and silent.

Brakes and Tyres

Size of front tyre is 90/90-12 and front rim is 12 inch. Rear tyre is 90/90-10 and rim size is 10 inch. To enhance the braking power combined braking system is provided in rear brake which enables efficient combined braking and less stopping time of vehicle.  Front brake is 190 mm disc and rear brake is 130 mm drum type with combines braking system.

Suspension and Frame

Activa 125 comes with under bone type frame that holds engine and other parts efficiently. Front suspension is telescopic and rear suspension is of hydraulic type with loaded spring.
